Arezoo Jafroodi received her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Human Development with a minor in European Studies from the University of California San Diego in 1999. She graduated from the University of San Francisco School of Law and was admitted to the State Bar of California in 2002.

Ms. Jafoodi initially worked in personal injury law.  Since 2005 she has devoted her practice to defending workers compensation claims. Ms. Jafroodi gained extensive experience defending claims, including depositions, cross-examinations and extensive trial work while employed with Grancell, Lebovitz, Stander, Reubens & Thomas, Goldman, Magdalin & Krikes and Testan Law.  In 2020 she joined The Hartford and later Newhouse & Creager.

Ms. Jafroodi became a Certified Legal Specialist in workers compensation in 2014 and has been representing self-insured employers, insurance companies and various third-party administrators throughout California against complex workers compensation matters involving multiple parties and high dollar values.
