Margaret Matasci graduated Summa Cum Laude with her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from California Lutheran University in 2006. She went on to obtain her Juris Doctor from Boston College Law School in 2010. Following graduation, she returned to California and was admitted to the bar the same year.

Ms. Matasci has exclusively worked as a workers’ compensation defense attorney for over 15 years. She has experience representing self-insured employers, third party administrators, public entities, and carriers. She has been successful in advocating for her clients in complex and high exposure claims and does not shy away from difficult cases.

Outside of work, Ms. Matasci enjoys camping with her family, knitting, and cheering for her daughters at soccer games. She is glad to be part of the community at Blitstein Young & Blinder.
